Involved from the concept development and through planning stages, we have led the landscape master planning from the outset within a project where the landscape takes centre stage! Taking an innovative approach to create, rather than develop within a woodland, we have co-designed the new village, with responsibility for all landscape elements, shaping a 600-acre site – most of which is currently not wooded. For this village, we are responding to a broader and more diverse suite of landscape typologies, including at scale woodland creation, in the planning and design of the new village. Successfully granted planning permission in December 2025, we are the retained landscape architect through to full detailed design and implementation, with a remit to oversee post-opening in due course.
