Transforming a publicly owned and commercial timber forest with few subjects and limited habitats, we worked to develop a biodiverse, beautiful and sustainable woodland through consider landscape design and woodland planning. We led the landscape master planning from site identification through to detailed design and completion of all works on site. With responsibility for landscape architecture, ecology, hydrology and archaeology, amongst other disciplines, we coordinated a multidisciplinary technical team, within the wider project design team. Opened in 2019, we were then engaged to deliver the phase 2 extension which was successfully granted planning permission in 2023.
