We are recognised as creative consultation experts who are focussed on enabling engagement, active participation and input from across the entire demographic spectrum of the potential audience.

Our approach includes innovative interviewing and reporting techniques. Experience shows that the more enjoyable the exercise, the higher the level of participation achieved. We have therefore developed games for teenagers, drawing activities for children, interactive competitions for larger groups, indoor and outdoor presentations/demonstrations and high response rate questionnaire formats and distribution arrangements.

Public meetings are fully utilised, often with accompanying presentations or exhibitions. We view these as an opportunity to meet with consultees and discuss the requirements they may have from a site. We have high calibre in-house graphics capability which means we are able to generate display material with ease and efficiency, responding precisely to each audience, venue and consultation method.

We also use many other audience specific methods to share a message about an initiative or site and elicit views thereafter. We have a successful track record with regional press and media groups and have used information technology to the full, preparing, hosting and maintaining websites for large and demanding consultations or where the speed of information sharing and consulting is a priority.

When creating a consultation strategy, we start from the perspective of the required data output and create tools which will effectively obtain that data from the selected consultee groups. Our consultation outputs are used to inform and shape the projects we deliver.
